Challenging assumptions about how we live on the earth and protect our environment.
I think everyone's talking about it, so that makes it a success in and of itself. Will it move the needle? In that context, it already has. What's necessary, from a music/entertainment perspective, I think, is now for the acts that participated to take this on the road with them. Not all together, but booths, a bit of preaching, examples, etc. from each performer at each show. Make it an expectation for fans to hear and then begin living the message. Make the fans want to be active--environmentally and policitally--so they become evangalists, as well. Rock and roll works and sounds best, after all, when it's angry!
